RESOURCE

Equipping and Licensing

Through our equipping and licensing initiative, FBConnects empowers indigenous leaders to provide restoration ministry within their own cultural and linguistic contexts. We provide certification for FBConnects Ministry Givers through a rigorous apprenticeship follows a “Model-Observe-Do” framework: trainees first master the theological foundations, then observe live sessions, and finally facilitate under direct supervision with real-time feedback until they achieve independent proficiency. This commitment to shared stewardship ensures that frontliners in high-conflict regions transition from mere survival to long-term vocational health.

Proprietary Training Resources:

  • Biblical Foundations: Intensive mentoring in Trinitarian theology and Honor-Shame frameworks, supported by an extensive multi-language resource library. Audio Library includes 60 recorded teachings produced with majority background frontliners, in multiple languages (English, Indonesian, Bangla) covering restoration and spiritual formation.

  • FB Workshop: Workbooks bible studies and reflection guides designed for frontline leaders from majority-world backgrounds, to facilitate workshops as group encounters with God through our communal restoration workshops.

  • FB Prayer Therapy: Equipping mentoring and certification for facilitating the 15 to 30 hour prayer therapy sessions using protocols. Over 10 case studies and facilitator manuals bring step-by-step protocols for indigenous ministry teams to facilitate the 6 stages of FB Prayer Therapy to ensure theological consistency and high quality outcomes.

Training and Certification

Developing National Teams: Dhaka and Mindanao

FBConnects equips and certifies national teams through a rigorous nine-month training and mentoring program based on standardized, field-tested protocols. Utilizing resources developed in collaboration with frontline veterans, we ensure our restoration ministry is both culturally nuanced and scalable.

Our current focus is establishing teams in Dhaka and Mindanao to serve frontliners in high-conflict and extremist-impacted regions. For the 2026–2027 cohorts, we offer full certification in exchange for a three-year service commitment, ensuring high-quality, sustainable prayer therapy and workshops remain accessible to those on the frontlines.

Developing Global Teams of Trainers

To support our expansion, we are forming a Global Team of Trainers (GToT) from mission sending nations. Leaders who share our passion for frontliner well-being are invited to join. Through comprehensive training with national teams using proprietary resources, our Global Trainers will uphold a high standard of care and equip new ministry givers. This ensures consistent, reproducible care as they equip indigenous ministry givers worldwide.

Hands-on Equipping

Leaders interested in joining our GToT are encouraged to participate in our two week onsite intensive training series:

In Philippines:

August 2026 and February 2027

By engaging in our comprehensive training and mentoring, and utilizing our proprietary resources, those new to the GToT will align with the values and standardized protocols that make our work reproducible. This hands-on approach ensures our Global Trainers maintain a consistently high standard of care as they, in turn, train new ministry givers.
