Research Initiative:
Validating Shame Transformation

Our objective is to quantify how FB Prayer Therapy (FB-PT) deconstructs Asian shame-scripts and restores Christ-centered identity. Leveraging a decade of longitudinal practitioner data, we bridge the gap between Spirit-led ministry and academic rigor to validate the “Jesus as Healer” reality through three integrated tracks:

  • Psychometric Validation: Quantifying measurable shifts in internalized shame, God-attachment, and clergy flourishing using standardized scales.

  • Consistency & Reproducibility: Assessing the efficacy of FB-PT protocols across diverse cultural contexts, including Indonesia, Bangladesh, and the Philippines.

  • Narrative Analysis: Combining quantitative metrics with narrative case studies to document the .transition from internalized shame scripts to Christ-centered identity scripts.

Vision 2026–2030:
The Research & Expansion Phase

Our strategic focus for the next five years is to transition from a proven field methodology to a globally recognized, empirically validated framework for Asian clergy flourishing.

Strategic Objectives:

  • Empirical Validation: Collaborating with academic institutions to quantify the efficacy of the Jesus as Healer framework in reducing triple spiral of shame and increasing secure trinitarian God-attachment.

  • Infrastructure Scaling: Licensing and certifying 50+ indigenous FBConnects Ministry Givers across the Philippines, Bangladesh, and Indonesia to meet the urgent need for frontliner member-care.

  • Knowledge Contribution: Publishing longitudinal data on the deconstruction of “Scripts of Internalized Shame” offering the global mission community a rare, trust-based dataset on psychological well-being in Honor-Shame contexts.

  • Sustainable Flourishing: Inspiring relational round tables as a trinitarian model for leadership in missions, to empower most the effective mission force in the majority world to operate from a reality of sonship rather than a slave mindset.
